Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Export Documentation Executive to handle export customs documentation, shipping bill processing, and coordination with customers, transporters, shipping lines, airlines, and customs authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process export documentation including Shipping Bills, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Origin, LUT and other export-related documents.
- Preparation and verification of Export Documentation Checklists for Road Shipments.
- Prepare Shipping Bills, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, E-Way Bills, Transport Documents, and Customs Documentation.
- Handle checklist preparation and customs filing through ONS software.
- Upload and manage export documents on ICEGATE and e-Sanchit portals.
- Coordinate with customers for document collection and shipment updates.
- Coordinate with Customs, Border Authorities, Transporters, and Customers for smooth clearance and movement of export cargo by road.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and export regulations.
- Maintain records of export transactions and customer files.
- Experience in Export Documentation Checklist Preparation and Shipping Bill Processing is mandatory.

1. Good knowledge of Export Documentation and Customs Procedures.
2. Experience in ONS Software. Others.
3. Working knowledge of ICEGATE and e-Sanchit.
4. Strong communication skills in English.
5. Customer coordination and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
